本文针对三缸单作用式往复除灰泵曲轴断裂的问题,通过建立目标函数σ_i=f(x,θ)和σ_a=F(x,θ_(max),θ_(min)),优化确定了三曲拐二支点曲轴静强度和疲劳强度的最危险工况,给出了曲轴的受力特性曲线。利用三维有限元法,对所研究曲轴的静强度和刚度以及疲劳强度进行了计算。分析指出了解决曲轴断裂问题的措施。
In this paper, in order to solve the problem of crankshaft rupture in single-action reciprocating desludging pump with three-cylinder, the three objective function σ_i = f (x, θ) and σ_a = F (x, θ_max, θ_ (min) The most dangerous condition of static strength and fatigue strength of crankshaft with two fulcrums at crank point is given and the stress characteristic curve of crankshaft is given. Using the three-dimensional finite element method, the static strength and stiffness of the crankshaft studied and the fatigue strength were calculated. Analysis pointed out that the solution to the problem of crankshaft rupture.
