高职院校学生思想政治工作是培养合格人才的根本保证,对促进学生全面发展起着决定性的作用。本文分析了高职院校学生思想政治教育的特点,在此基础上提出了高职院校学生思想政治工作的应对策略。
The ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges is the fundamental guarantee for the cultivation of qualified personnel, which plays a decisive role in promoting the all-round development of students. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges, and on this basis puts forward the coping strategies of ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges.
