[目的]为防控四川地震灾区发生传染病与突发公共卫生事件,组织专家组进行监督检查与技术指导。[方法]通过听取彭州市医疗机构的工作汇报,查阅相关资料,询问相关人员,实地察看和实物查证进行督查,并征求意见与建议。[结果]通过督查发现传染病防治管理、医院消毒管理与院感控制方面潜在较大防控风险,急需加强和完善。[结论]建议市卫生局强化责任意识,加强组织领导与督促检查,市卫生监督机构要依法加强卫生监督管理,市疾控机构要加强消毒技术培训指导与监测,各级各类医疗机构必须加强内部传染病防治、医院消毒管理与院感控制管理。
[Objective] In order to prevent infectious diseases and public health emergencies in the earthquake-stricken area of Sichuan Province, the expert group was organized to conduct supervision and inspection and technical guidance. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the Municipal Health Bureau should strengthen the sense of responsibility, strengthen the organization, leadership and supervision and inspection, the municipal health supervision agencies should strengthen the health supervision and management according to law, the municipal disease control agencies should strengthen the guidance and monitoring of disinfection technology training, all kinds of medical institutions at all levels must be strengthened Internal infectious disease prevention and treatment, hospital disinfection management and hospital control management.
