基于外光反馈机制,利用He-Ne激光器(中心波长为632.8nm)进行了混沌激光产生的理论及实验研究。在固定抽运电流和外腔长度的情况下,研究不同反馈系数对He-Ne激光器输出特性的影响。理论及实验结果表明:He-Ne激光器在单反馈下随着反馈系数的增大可通过周期态进入混沌。
Based on the external light feedback mechanism, a theoretical and experimental study on the generation of chaotic laser using a He-Ne laser with a center wavelength of 632.8 nm has been carried out. The effects of different feedback coefficients on the output characteristics of He-Ne lasers are investigated with a fixed pump current and external cavity length. The theoretical and experimental results show that the He-Ne laser can enter chaos through the periodic state with the feedback coefficient increasing under the single feedback.
