1983年我所承担某煤田的远景调查工作,由于工作区内缺少天然露头,浮土掩盖较厚,大量的地表揭露工作要靠取样钻完成,所以设计了取样钻工作量6000米,开动QJD—10型取样钻两台,QJD—50型取样钻五台。从6月8日开始到7月4日,五台50型取样钻相继开动。开钻后,设备运转比较正常,工人操作技术逐步熟练,在地质人员的密切配合下,施工进展顺利。到9月3日止,共开动267.5个台班,完成钻孔335个,总进尺4475米,为年计划的111.8%,平均台班效率16.7米,为年计划的167%,提前超额完成了全年的取样钻生产任务。工程质量满足了地质要求,做到了安全生产,为我所今后进一步推广使用50型取样钻,打下了基础。
In 1983, I undertook a long-term investigation of a coalfield. Due to the lack of natural outcrop in the work area and the thick cover of the floating earth, a large amount of surface exposing work was completed by sampling and drilling. Therefore, a sampling drill was designed with a work volume of 6,000 meters and the QJD-10 Type sampling drill two, QJD-50 type sampling drill five. From June 8 to July 4, five sets of 50 type sampling drill have been started. After drilling, the equipment is running normally, and the workers are gradually proficient in the operation of the technology. With the close cooperation of the geologists, the construction is proceeding smoothly. As of September 3, a total of 267.5 station classes were drilled and 335 bored holes were completed, with a total footage of 4475 meters, representing 111.8% of the annual plan. The average shift efficiency was 16.7 meters, representing 167% of the annual plan, which was surpassed in advance Annual sampling drilling production tasks.
