In order to understand and master the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis among different populations in lake lacustrine network area and to provide the basis for taking targeted prevention and control measures, we organized professional forces to investigate the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis immediately before and after chemotherapy. Primary and secondary schools and some villagers and other different populations, using indirect hemagglutination test (IHA), ring and egg precipitation test (COPT) and the spotted enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay
