作者报道22例短暂脑缺血发作,年龄50岁以下的为15例、30岁或20岁以下的10例;女性13、男性9例.临床表现为一时性黑朦、或轻偏瘫、或感觉异常,持续时间少于24小时.既往史有糖尿病2例,高血压4例,陈旧性心肌梗塞5例.血液检查有:10例血小板粘度增加,9例血小板粘度和聚集都增加,及3例血小板聚集增加:脑血管造影中,除三例有闭塞性异常,其余的均正常.放射同位素脑扫描、超声心动图及心电图检查均无异常,对检查胶
