公司营业期限届满,未经公司登记机关注销登记,公司法人资格仍然存续。股东会召集程序上的瑕疵,不必然导致撤销公司营业执照的法律后果。
After the expiry of the business term of the company, without registration cancellation by the company registration authority, the legal person status of the company still exists. The procedural flaws brought by the shareholders' meeting will not necessarily result in the legal consequences of revoking the business license of the company.
