在高温区域热平衡计算中,热收入应包括几项是一个重要的问题。本文通过分析和计算阐述了热收入应包括:(1)焦炭中气化碳带入物理热;( 2)直接还原的金属氧化物中氧带入物理热;(3)碳素燃烧;(4)热风带入显热等四项,而不只是第(3)、(4)两项。尤其是第(1)项,由于其数量大,不能忽视,这无论对“热平衡计算”还是对“理论焦比和各种因素对焦比的影响的工程计算法”或“高炉操作线图”(热平衡部份)同样是重要的。
In the calculation of heat balance in hot areas, it is an important issue that heat revenue should include several items. In this paper, we analyze and calculate that the heat income should include: (1) the physical heat of carbonization of carbon in coke; (2) the physical heat of oxygen in the direct reduction metal oxide; (3) the combustion of carbon; (4) ) Hot air into the sensible heat and other four, not just the first (3), (4) two.
