本文报告1987年内华西医科大学妇产科住院的14例完全性葡萄胎的合体滋养细胞核内的性染色质。每例葡萄胎合体滋养细胞核内 x 性染色质出现率为4～12%,性染色质阳性例数占本组观察总数的85.71%。本文就葡萄胎合体滋养细胞核内 x 性染色质的检查方法、诊断标准、阳性率以及性染色质与肿瘤的关系进行了探讨。
This article reports the 1987 chromatin of syncytiotrophoblastic nuclei in 14 patients with complete hydatidiform mole who were hospitalized in obstetrics and gynecology department of Huaxi Medical University in 1987. In each case, the incidence of x-chromatin in synovial trophoblastic nuclei was 4 ~ 12%, and the number of positive cases of chromatin accounted for 85.71% of the total observed in this group. This article examines the examination method, diagnostic criteria, positive rate, and the relationship between sex chromatin and tumor in the mole of trophoblast cells.
