创新发展是我国经济社会发展的时代主题。在我国创新发展的政策体系中,知识产权法律制度既是立法文件,又是具有鲜活生命力和执行力的法律,同时也是促进创新发展的制度保障。经济新常态下,我国知识产权事业的发展,主要从三方面着力:一是制度建设要本土化,二是创新成果要产业化,三是环境治理要法治化。
Innovation and development are the theme of the times in our country’s economic and social development. In the system of innovation and development in our country, the legal system of intellectual property is not only a legislative document, but also a law with vivid vitality and execution power, as well as a system guarantee for promoting innovation and development. Under the new economic normal, the development of the cause of intellectual property in our country mainly focuses on three aspects: First, institutionalization should be localized; second, industrialization should be made of innovation achievements; third, environmental governance should be ruled by law.
