矿井水害是煤矿企业建设、生产过程中存在的潜在危害,并在一定条件下能造成人员伤亡和财产损失等不安全因素。针对矿井水害发生的内在因素、诱发因素,提出水害危险源识别的主要对象包括水文地质条件、采掘方式、排水系统和防治水工作四个方面。运用层次分析法,得出矿井水害事故致因因素的优先系数,并对这些影响水害事故致因因素的重要程度进行排序,为水害事故危险源识别提供了新的途径和思路,为煤矿安全管理提供了参考依据。
Mine water damage is a potential hazard existing in the construction and production of coal mine enterprises. Under certain conditions, it can cause insecurity such as casualties and property damage. According to the inherent factors and inducing factors of mine water damage occurrence, the paper puts forward the four main aspects of hazard identification of water hazard including hydrogeological conditions, mining methods, drainage system and water control. By using AHP, the priority coefficients of causal factors of mine water damage accidents are obtained, and the importance of causal factors of water damage accidents is ranked, which provides new ways and ideas for hazard identification of water hazards.
