本文通过典型监测案例的综合分析,讨论了中速大功率柴油机等大型机电设备摩擦学故障的主要模式及有效的监测方法,分析了这些设备故障发生的主要影响因素和油品分析在防止严重事故发生方面的作用.实践证明,加强新油和在役油品监测、在设备管理中推进摩擦学知识应用具有十分重要的意义.
In this paper, through a comprehensive analysis of typical monitoring cases, the paper discusses the main modes and the effective monitoring methods of tribological faults in large electromechanical equipment such as medium-speed and high-power diesel engines, analyzes the main influencing factors of these equipment failures and the analysis of oil products in preventing serious accidents The practice has proved that it is of great significance to strengthen the monitoring of new oil and in-service oil products and to promote the application of tribological knowledge in equipment management.
