目的 了解女性自然绝经以后,体内女性激素和白细胞介素2水平的改变对Ⅰ型骨质疏松症发病的影响,以及它们之间的相互关系。方法 选择90例41~70岁间绝经前、后期健康的妇女,采用双能 X 线吸收测定法( D E X A)测定前、后位腰椎和左侧股骨近端骨密度( B M D),用放射免疫分析方法( R I A)测定血清中 E2、 P、 L H 和 F S H 等女性激素水平,以及 I L2和 B G P含量。结果 1绝经后骨质疏松组血清中 E2和 P水平较绝经后非骨质疏松组略有下降,但是差别无意义。2比较绝经后骨质疏松组和非骨质疏松组中 I L2水平,差别无意义。相关分析表明 I L2和绝经年限、 E2、 P 以及 F S H 不相关,与 L H 呈显著的正相关(r= 02292 P= 0031)。3绝经以后, B G P显著上升,并且与股骨颈 B M D 呈负相关(r= - 02367 P= 00026)。结论 1绝经后低水平的卵巢激素可能是不再继续影响骨量的主要因素。2 I L2有可能通过促进垂体前叶 L H 的释放,调节卵巢功能,间接影响女性骨量
Objective To understand the effect of changes of female hormones and interleukin-2 levels on the incidence of type I osteoporosis and their correlation after natural menopause. Methods Ninety healthy women aged 41-70 years before and after menopause were enrolled in this study. BMD of the anterior and posterior lumbar and proximal femur were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (D E X A) , And radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to determine the levels of E2, P, LH and FSH in women and the contents of IL-2 and B G P in women. Results 1. The serum levels of E2 and P in postmenopausal osteoporosis group were slightly lower than those in non-postmenopausal non-osteoporosis group, but the differences were not significant. 2 Comparison of postmenopausal osteoporosis group and non-osteoporosis group I L 2 levels, the difference is meaningless. Correlation analysis showed that IL-2 was not related to menopause, E2, P and F S H, and had a significant positive correlation with L H (r = 0.2292 P = 0.031). 3 After menopause, B G P increased significantly, and negatively correlated with B M D of the femoral neck (r = -0.2367 P = 0.0026). Conclusion 1 low levels of postmenopausal ovarian hormones may be no longer continue to affect the main factors of bone mass. 2 I L 2 may be through the promotion of anterior pituitary LH release, regulating ovarian function, indirectly affecting the female bone mass
