采用喇曼光谱、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电镜和微型反应器等技术,研究了不同方法制备的偏钨酸铵对WO_3/Al_2O_3催化剂结构和活性的影响,考察了一些杂质离子的作用,发现在偏钨酸铵浸渍液中加入OH-和NO_3~-等离子,会引起催化剂加氢脱氮活性的下降。讨论了WO_3/Al_2O_3催化剂的结构和加氢脱氮活性的关系,认为聚钨酸盐是加氢脱氮反应的主要活性相,并且聚钨酸盐中的W=O键键长越短活性越高.
The effects of ammonium metatungstate prepared by different methods on the structure and activity of WO_3 / Al_2O_3 catalysts were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and microreactor. The effects of some impurity ions It was found that the addition of OH- and NO_3 ~ - ions to the ammonium metatungstate impregnation solution resulted in the decrease of the hydrodenitrogenation activity of the catalyst. The relationship between the structure of WO_3 / Al_2O_3 catalyst and the activity of hydrodenitrogenation was discussed. It is considered that polytungstate is the main active phase for hydrodenitrogenation and the shorter the bond length of W = O in polytungstate high.
