观察了各种软骨细胞外基质对骺板软骨体外构建的影响。证实了胶原、蛋白多糖和透明质酸均显著地促进培养软骨细胞的生长,然而各种软骨细胞外基质促进软骨细胞增殖分化的作用并不相同。从组织学可观察到,胶原蛋白明显地促进软骨细胞的肥大化;而蛋白多糖和透明质酸抑制成熟期软骨细胞向肥大期转换。
The effects of various cartilage extracellular matrix on the construction of epiphyseal cartilage in vitro were observed. It was confirmed that collagen, proteoglycan and hyaluronic acid all significantly promote the growth of chondrocytes. However, the effects of various chondrocytes on the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes are not the same. It is observed from histology that collagen significantly promotes the hypertrophy of chondrocytes; and proteoglycan and hyaluronic acid inhibit the transition from mature chondrocytes to hypertrophic phase.
