自从习近平总书记提出经济新常态以来,经济结构优化升级、产业转型、创新发展成为当前我国企业发展的必走之道,也是保住企业生命力必不可少的路子。如今来说,我国国有企业不仅仅要满足企业的发展需求,还需要满足企业股东、企业员工、社会劳动人民等个体及群体的利益需求,做到这些要求我国国有企业探索适合创新与转型道路。笔者从我国国有企业发展存在的问题出发,浅谈我国国有企业在经济新常态下的企业创新与转型的必要性,并提出适当的创新与转型措施。
Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the new normal economy, the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure, industrial restructuring and innovation and development have become the must-go ways for the development of our country’s enterprises and an indispensable way to preserve the vitality of enterprises. Nowadays, the state-owned enterprises in our country need not only to meet the development needs of enterprises, but also to meet the interests of individuals and groups such as enterprise shareholders, enterprise employees and social working people. All these require that our state-owned enterprises should explore ways suitable for innovation and transformation. Based on the existing problems in the development of state-owned enterprises in our country, the author discusses the necessity of the innovation and transformation of state-owned enterprises under the new economic normal in our country and puts forward appropriate measures for innovation and transformation.
