对八例正常青壮年男性及六例服生棉子油后不育的青壮年患者睾丸组织用QTM-720型自动图象分析仪进行了比较定量组织学观察。用(A′)/N(每个曲细精管内细胞平均总面积)、(A′′′)/N(每个曲细精管平均截面积)及H(每个曲细精管生精上皮平均厚度)三个精标来衡量两组的精子发生状态;用(A′′-A′)/N(间质面积与曲细精管个数的比值)及(A′′-A′)/(A′)(间质面积与曲细精管内细胞总面积的比值)来衡量睾丸间质面积。结果表明,(A′)/N、(A′′′)/N 及H 三项:服油组<正常组(P<0.001);(A′′-A′)/N 及(A′′-A′)/(A′)二项;服油组>正常组(P<0.05)。这一结果提示,当服用棉酚剂量过大或时间过长时,有可能造成精子发生的不可逆损伤。
Testicular tissues from eight young adults and six male infertile young volunteers were compared by quantitative QTM-720 automatic image analyzer. (A ’) / N (average total cell area per seminiferous tubule), (A’ ’) / N (average sectional area of each seminiferous tubule), and H (A ’- A’) / N (ratio of stromal area to seminiferous tubules) and (A ’- A’ ) / (A ’) (ratio of interstitial area to total cell area in seminiferous tubules) to measure the testicular interstitial area. The results showed that (A ’) / N, (A’ ’) / N and H three items: service group normal group (P <0.05). This result suggests that when using gossypol doses too long or too long, may cause irreversible spermatogenesis damage.
