为阐明秦皮中促进尿酸排泄的香豆素衍生物秦皮苷的体内代谢过程,对大鼠的尿中代谢物进行了探讨,同时以拟无菌(无特殊病原菌的)大鼠、大鼠肠内细菌及大鼠肝表面抗原-9(S9)进行研究。方法及结果:(1)尿中代谢物的分离:经口给予秦皮苷后采集24h大鼠尿样,将其酶水解后的乙酸乙酯提取部分分别以三维HPLC筛选,检出5个峰(M1~M5),分别进行分离。通过光谱分析,确定为秦皮亭-7-O-硫酸盐(M1)、秦皮亭-7-O-β-葡糖苷
In order to elucidate the in vivo metabolism of cortisol, a coumarin derivative that promotes uric acid excretion in the Qin skin, the urinary metabolites of the rat were investigated, and the rats were sterilized (without specific pathogenic bacteria) in the intestine of rats and rats.
