通过测定14例未孕妇及25例正常晚孕妇母血及脐血一氧化氮(NO)的含量及部分病例子宫动脉及脐动脉最大收缩期与舒张末期血流速度之比(S/D),研究正常妊娠时母体及胎儿循环NO的变化。结果脐血NO含量显著高于母血(P<0.01),且与脐动脉S/D值呈现显著负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.05)。说明NO对正常妊娠母体及胎儿循环均有重要调节作用
