在布病疫区采用我国新研制的纯化布氏菌素和老布氏菌素(粗制),用同体双臂法对353名易感者和90名用布病活菌苗免疫者作皮肤变态反应对比观察。结果表明纯化布氏菌素以0.3μg/0.1mL/人份·老菌素以0.1mL/人份的用量,二者反应高峰均出现于48h,在感染和免疫人群中两种菌素反应的符合率分别为98.6%和73.3%。纯化布氏菌素的纯度好,皮变反应强度均轻于老菌素并无非特异性过敏反应出现。
