本文介绍了不浓缩尿液本周氏蛋白电泳银染色法,对42例不同蛋白浓度的尿液标本、稀释血清标本进行了检测,并与考马司亮兰染色法对照。结果表明银染色法尿蛋白含量仅为0.05 g/L的正常浓度,稀释血清蛋白含量至1.5mg/L时尚能显现电泳带,而考马司亮兰染色仅尿蛋白浓度为0.2g/L和烯释血清蛋白至78mg/L时能显电泳带。本文还对电泳方法学及银染色的某些影响因素进行了讨论。
This article describes the non-concentrated urine of this week’s protein electrophoresis silver stain method, 42 cases of different concentrations of urine samples, diluted serum samples were detected and compared with Coomassie brilliant blue staining. The results showed that the urinary protein content of silver staining was only 0.05 g / L of normal concentration, the dilution of serum protein content to 1.5mg / L was able to show the electrophoresis zone, and Coomassie brilliant blue staining only urinary protein concentration of 0.2g / L and Ethlene serum albumin to 78mg / L can show electrophoresis band. This article also discusses the electrophoresis methodologies and some of the factors that affect silver staining.
