改革不仅带来了生产力的大解放,也带来了人们思想观念的大解放,人们正纷纷把精力、财力、眼光和梦想变成行动……对此,思想政治工作者应当如何导之以行,做好自己的工作?当越来越多的人进入大市场:选择商品、选择投资、选择单位、选择自己的生活方式。自己也被选择的时候,人们的价值观念趋于多元化,思想政治工作者如何发挥自身作用,成为思想政治工作的行家里手?笔者认为:应当增强服务意识。

People are turning energy, financial resources, vision and dreams into action ... In this regard, how ideological and political workers should guide their actions Do Your Own Work? As more and more people enter the big market: choosing products, choosing investments, choosing units, and choosing their own way of life. When they are also selected, people’s values tend to be diversified. How do the ideological and political workers play their roles and become experts in ideological and political work? In my opinion, the sense of service should be enhanced.
