股骨BMD和髋轴长度(HAL)是预测髋部骨折危险度的指标。作者为了判断是否一侧髋部测量即足以估计股骨BMD及髋轴长度,此外还研究了扇形束几何学对对侧股骨BMD及HAL的影响。选择36例年龄41~76岁、无服用影响BMD药物史的健康女性,用Hologic QDR——2000型DXA仪分别采取单束和扇形束扫描方式行双侧股骨近端BMD和HAL测定。每例扫描4次,扫描位置和软件分析程
Femoral BMD and hip axial length (HAL) are indicators of risk for hip fracture. In order to determine whether one side of the hip measurement is sufficient to estimate the femoral BMD and axial length of the femur, in addition to the geometry of the fan beam on the contralateral femur BMD and HAL impact. Thirty - six healthy women aged from 41 to 76 years who did not take the drug which influenced the history of BMD were enrolled in this study.
