小时候,对上海被老人们称为“大西堂”的普陀区的记忆是遥远的。母亲带着我去居住在澳门路的姨妈家玩,知道那个叫“大自鸣钟”的地方非常的“闹猛”,有座以供奉白玉雕释迦牟尼坐像和卧像而闻名遐迩的江南名刹 -玉佛禅寺。后来,知道了潭子湾、潘家湾、朱家湾、药水弄这些旧上海著名的“三湾一弄”棚户区,“又破又大(沪语读du去声)”是那时对普陀区的印象。
As a kid, memories of Putuo District in Shanghai, which the old people called “the Great Hall of the West”, are far away. Mother took me to live in the aunt’s house in Macao Road to play, know that called “big self-honorary clock” place very “fierce fierce”, there is a seat for white marble statue of Buddha and lying like Jiangnan famous - Jade Buddha Temple. Later, I knew that Tanzi Bay, Panjiawan, Zhujiawan and Yaohua got these shanty towns in Shanghai’s famous “Sanwanyiwan” and “broken and big” Putuo District impression.
