协助建设单位审查设计方案,是一项细致而复杂的工作,必须深入到实际中去,依靠工人群众,因为工人同志最熟悉生产过程,最了解生产情况。但是,如果我们“没有满腔的热忱,没有眼睛向下的决心,没有求知的渴望,没有放下臭架子、甘当小学生的精神,是一定不能做,也一定做不好的。”今年,我们在协助沈阳铸造厂审查落锤车间设计方案的工作中,对毛主席的这一教导,有了比较深刻的体会。
