为了更有针对性的提出综放工作面移架时粉尘的控制措施,根据气固两相流运动方程及相似原理,结合现场情况,建立了综放面的相似模型,对移架时不同影响因素条件下粉尘浓度分布进行实验研究。研究表明:工作面平均风速在1.5~2.5 m/s时,最有利于粉尘的排除和沉降;煤层越破碎煤尘颗粒越小,移架时粉尘浓度越高;煤层含水率越高,粉尘浓度越低,且含水率增大到4.45%后,对粉尘沉降作用不明显;支架间隙越大尘源浓度越大,采煤高度越高粉尘下落的剪切作用越激烈,都会导致工作面粉尘浓度的增大。
