随着信息时代的到来,版权作品在计算机网络上的传输将会成为重要的作品使用方式。版权制度一直随着传播技术和传播方式的发展而发展。支持网络传输的数字技术正在把各种作品使用、传播方式融合在一起。因此,网络传输不仅仅是又一种传播方式的崛起,并且打破了原有的传播格局,如何将网络传输纳入版权保护体系,是版权制度迂到的空前挑战,这也是版权制度进一步发展的契机。
With the arrival of the information age, the transmission of copyright works on the computer network will become an important way to use the works. The copyright system has been developed with the development of communication technologies and modes of communication. Digital technology that supports network transmission is bringing together various works and modes of communication. Therefore, the network transmission is not only the rise of another mode of communication, but also the original mode of communication is broken.
