本文介绍气相色谱仪用浓缩进样器的构造、使用方法及性能。浓缩进样器用于空气中多种化合物的浓缩,与气相色谱仪联用可提高测定灵敏度两个数量级。用氢焰检测器测定空气中有害物质浓度时一般可测至ppb级。
This article describes the construction, use, and performance of a concentrated sample injector for gas chromatography. Concentration injectors are used for the concentration of a wide range of compounds in the air and can be used in combination with gas chromatographs to increase assay sensitivity by two orders of magnitude. With the hydrogen flame detector to determine the concentration of harmful substances in the air can generally be measured to ppb level.
