如果以1907年春阳社在上海演出《黑奴吁天录》为中国话剧的开端,至今,这种外来戏剧样式在中国戏剧舞台上驻足已有百年的历史。一种外来的戏剧样式能在中国戏剧舞台上扎根、开花,并与有八百余年历史的土生土长的民族戏剧——戏曲抗衡,赢得了观众,打下属于自己的一片天地,原因何在呢?我以为其中很重要的一条原因就是话剧成功地走出了一条民族化的道路,创造了一个品牌——中国话剧。
If Chun Yang Society (1906) performed “Shanghai’s Black Siren” in Shanghai in 1907 as the beginning of Chinese drama, this foreign drama style has now stood on the stage of Chinese drama for a hundred years. An alien theater style can take root in the Chinese theater scene, flowering, and with 800 years of history of native national drama - opera contend, won the audience, lay their own world, the reason why?
