异地安置的学生思想政治素养参差不齐,在不同批次并入同一所学校后,需要尽快做好名校办分校的传承、交流、沟通、融合等工作。本文以漳州市实验小学古雷开发区分校为例,通过各有关部门通力合作以及小手拉大手,形成合力,弘扬主旋律,提振精气神,传播正能量,进而以点带面,循序渐进,建设优良班风、教风、学风、校风,促进学生综合素养的提升,促进异地安置工作全面提速,有效服务当地经济、社会发展大局。
Students from different places have different ideological and political literacy. After the different batches are merged into the same school, they need to do the work of inheriting, exchanging, communicating and merging as soon as possible. This paper takes Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School Gulei Development Zone as an example. Through the cooperation of all relevant departments and the small hand, it forms a concerted effort to promote the main theme, enhance the spirit and disseminate positive energy, and then step by step in order to build an excellent class Wind, teaching style, style of study and school ethos to promote the improvement of comprehensive literacy of students and speed up overall resettlement work in different places so as to effectively serve the overall situation of local economy and social development.
