目的分析鄂尔多斯市2016年流感病毒监测结果,掌握流感流行趋势,为今后该地区流感防控提供科学依据。方法采用real-time PCR方法对哨点医院采集送检的640份疑似流感样病例进行核酸监测,对部分阳性标本进行病毒MDCK细胞分离培养。结果 640份标本核酸检测检出阳性样品139份,总阳性率为21.72%。甲型流感阳性61份,其中甲型H1N1型流感亚型25份,季节性H3亚型36份;乙型流感78份。男性和女性的阳性率分别为22.32%和21.09%,不同性别阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5岁~14岁组阳性率最高(29.23%),其次为0岁~4岁组(19.48%),15岁~24岁组未检出阳性。各年龄组阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.394,P<0.05)。对47份阳性标本进行流感病毒MDCK细胞分离培养,获得毒株26株,其中新甲型H1N1 6株,乙型20株。结论 2016年鄂尔多斯市流感流行季节为春季、冬季,年龄集中在0岁~14岁,以乙型、季节性H3亚型为主。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of influenza virus in Ordos in 2016 and to master the trend of influenza and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza in the future. Methods Real-time PCR method was used to monitor the nucleic acid of 640 suspected influenza-like cases collected from sentinel hospitals. Some positive samples were isolated and cultured in virus MDCK cells. Results A total of 139 positive samples were detected in 640 samples. The total positive rate was 21.72%. Influenza A was positive in 61 cases, of which 25 were influenza A (H1N1), 36 were seasonal (H3) and 78 were influenza (B). The positive rates of males and females were 22.32% and 21.09%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive rates of males and females (P> 0.05). The positive rate was highest in patients aged 5-14 years old (29.23%), followed by those aged 0-4 years (19.48%), but no positive in patients aged 15-24 years. The positive rate of each age group was statistically significant (χ2 = 12.394, P <0.05). Forty-seven positive samples were isolated and cultured in MDCK cells of influenza virus, and 26 strains were obtained, of which 6 were new type A H1N1 strains and 20 were type B strains. Conclusion In 2016, epidemic season of influenza in Erdos was spring and winter, with the age ranging from 0 to 14 years old. The serogroup B and seasonal H3 subtype were dominant.
