目的:观察复方夏枯草水煎剂对四氯化碳(CCl4)致肝损伤小鼠的血清转氨酶活性的影响。方法:采用ip 0.2%CCl4调和油溶液10 mL·kg-1造成小鼠急性肝损伤模型,以复方夏枯草(90,45,22.5 g·kg-1)和阳性对照药联苯双酯(0.15 g·kg-1的影响)ig,连续7 d。测定小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,观察对小鼠肝组织的病理学变化的影响。结果:复方夏枯草高、中、低剂量和联苯双酯都能明显降低四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT,AST升高,减轻CCl4对肝脏细胞的损伤。其中复方夏枯草各剂量组和联苯双酯ALT与模型组比,P<0.01,而高、低2个剂量和联苯双酯组AST与模型组比,P<0.01。结论:复方夏枯草对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用,与联苯双酯比无显著性差别。
Objective: To observe the effects of compound prunella decoction on serum aminotransferase activity in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Methods: Acute hepatic injury model was induced in mice by using 10 mL · kg-1 ip 0.2% CCl4 reconstituted oil solution. The effects of compound Prunella vulgaris (90, 45, 22.5 g · kg -1) and bifendate g · kg-1 impact) ig, continuous 7 d. The activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in mice was measured to observe the effect on the pathological changes of liver in mice. RESULTS: High, medium and low doses of compound Prunella vulgaris with bifendate significantly reduced serum ALT and AST in mice with CCl4-induced acute liver injury and alleviated the damage of CCl4 to liver cells. The ratio of ALT to the model group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0.01), but the ratio of AST to the model group was higher in the two doses of high and low doses than in the biphenyldicarboxylate group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Prunella vulgaris has certain protective effect on acute liver injury caused by carbon tetrachloride in mice, and there is no significant difference with bifendate.
