农业院校现行的法律课程教育仍多沿袭传统的课堂上“经院式”模式,着重对法律条文解读,难以实现法律课程的授课目的,难以使法律知识成为农业技术人员未来工作的有效保障。因此,通过建立农业院校特色的法律诊所教学模式,尝试将法律课堂办成法律诊所,建立法律诊所农业教学案例库,丰富教学资源,提高教学质量,改变授课模式,激发学生学习积极性;建立法律诊所实习基地,提高师生的实战能力,对帮助学生更好的理解运用专业知识,服务于农业,彰显学生公益心,使学生能够提早具备法律意识,富有社会责任感意义深远。
The current law courses in agricultural colleges still follow the traditional “Classics” model in classrooms, emphasizing the interpretation of legal provisions and making it difficult to fulfill the teaching objectives of legal courses, making it difficult to make legal knowledge an effective guarantee for the future work of agricultural technicians . Therefore, by establishing a teaching model of law clinics with characteristics of agricultural colleges and universities, we try to establish legal classrooms as legal clinics, establish case libraries of agricultural teaching in legal clinics, enrich teaching resources, improve teaching quality, change teaching modes and stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm. Clinic practice base to improve the combat capability of teachers and students, to help students better understand the use of professional knowledge and services in agriculture, highlighting the public interest in students, enabling students to have legal awareness ahead of schedule, full of social responsibility is far-reaching.
