脑对缺氧和葡萄糖供应不足十分敏感。脑缺血时氧供应不足对脑的影响比葡萄糖不足更为严重,表现为缺血区的脑机能障碍。我科配制的急救药脑复苏合剂主要作用是脱水抗脑水肿、补氧、消除有害的自由基,促进缺血、缺氧脑功能的恢复。临床试用已收到初步效果。现经动物实验严格分组对照观察,排除了临床上综合治疗的综合作用,肯定了此合剂的疗效。
The brain is very sensitive to hypoxia and insufficient glucose supply. The lack of oxygen supply to the brain during cerebral ischemia is more severe than that of glucose deficiency, manifesting as brain dysfunction in the ischemic region. The first-aid medicine Cerebral Resuscitation mixture prepared by our department is mainly used for dehydration and anti-cerebral edema, oxygen supplementation, eliminating harmful free radicals, and promoting the recovery of ischemic and hypoxic brain function. Clinical trials have received preliminary results. Animal experiments are now strictly grouped in controlled observations, excluding the combined effects of clinically comprehensive treatment and confirming the efficacy of this combination.
