[目的]提高对神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移的认识。[方法]对中国医科大学附属第四医院收治小儿神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移1例结合文献报告行回顾性分析。[结果]该例患儿因肿瘤复发,同时出现胰腺影像的改变而诊断胰腺转移,因病情恶化仅能予以姑息治疗,3个月后死亡。[结论]小儿神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移虽极为罕见,但确有病例存在。在考虑神经母细胞瘤常见器官、组织转移同时要注意胰腺转移,神经母细胞瘤胰腺转移预后差。 [Objective] To improve the understanding of pancreatic metastasis of neuroblastoma. [Method] A case of pancreas metastasis of pediatric neuroblastoma admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University was retrospectively analyzed. [Results] The patient was diagnosed with pancreatic metastasis due to recurrence of tumor and pancreatic imaging at the same time. Only 3 months later died of palliative treatment because of the deteriorating condition. [Conclusion] Pancreatic metastasis of pediatric neuroblastoma is extremely rare, but some cases do exist. In considering the common neuroblastoma organ, tissue transfer should pay attention to pancreatic metastasis, poor prognosis of neuroblastoma pancreas metastasis.
