化学农药的大量使用带来严重的污染问题,如土壤、河流、地下水污染,粮食、瓜果、蔬菜农药残留超标。由于食物链的生物富集,即使不超标,农药残留也会以数倍的量富集,最终进入人体,危害人体健康。南京农业大学李顺鹏、沈标、顾向阳等经过数年的研究,终于找到了利用微生物资源消除土壤中的农药残留的新技术。经过试验与大面积推广应用已取得很好的效果,稻米中的农药残留消除90%以上。现在已有几十万 kg 无农药残留绿色大米陆续上
