Epichloё yangzii是共生于鹅观草属Roegneria植物的产子座有性型内生真菌。2004-2008年,分别在南京的不同地区采集产子座的鹅观草植株,研究E.yangzii在宿主植物体内的分布特征和种传能力。结果显示,E.yangzii在宿主的地上部分有系统的分布,并进入种子,可以进行垂直传播。同时发现种传的Epichloё属真菌在宿主植物体上也同样具有形成子座的能力,但子座不一定每年都能形成。在须根中没有发现E.yangzii的存在。菌丝体随在植株体内分布部位的不同,其形态特征有一定的差异。
Epichloё yangzii is an obligate endophytic fungus that is symbiotic with the Roegneria plant. 2004-2008, respectively, collected in different parts of Nanjing Genebank Block Goose grass plants to study the distribution characteristics of E.yangzii in host plants and germplasm capacity. The results showed that E. yangzii distributed systematically in the aerial part of the host and entered the seed for vertical transmission. At the same time, it is also found that the epichloides genus that is germinant also has the ability to form a zygosity on the host plant, but the zygosity may not be formed every year.
