我参加了英明领袖华主席亲自主持召开的全国科学大会,聆听了华主席具有伟大现实意义和深远历史意义的重要讲话,听了邓付主席的重要讲话和方毅付总理的报告,受到了深刻的教育和极大的鼓午,更加感到肩负责任的重大。 我一九五○年从部队转业到地方工作,二十八年来领导一个县和一个地区的经验告诉我,要巩固无产阶级专政,加快社会主义建设,非打好科学技术这一仗不可。而要抓好科学实验革命运动,领导是关鍵。
I attended the National Science Conference personally chaired by Chairman Hua, wise leader, and listened to Chairman Hua’s important speech with far-reaching historical significance and profound historical significance. Having listened to the important speech made by Chairman Deng Fu and the report of Prime Minister Fang Yifu, Education and great drums, more feel responsible for the major. My experience of relocating from the military to the local area in 1950 and the leadership of a county and a region over the past 28 years tells me that to consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat and speed up the building of socialism, it is imperative that we should not lay a good foundation for science and technology. And to grasp the scientific experiment revolutionary movement, leadership is the key.
