心衰是老年常见而又重要的疾病。根Rods—tein记载、各种不同程度的心力衰竭老年居民约占50％,国内确切的发病情况还报导不多,但亦是老年人中的常见病,且病死率很高。兹将我院自1971年到1981年十年内收治的、材料比较完整的、心力衰竭老年患者152例,报导分析如下,并讨论临床上的几个问题。
Heart failure is a common and important disease in the elderly. According to Rods-tein, 50% of all elderly people with various degrees of heart failure have reported that the exact incidence in China is still low, but they are also common in the elderly and have a high case fatality rate. In our hospital from 1971 to 1981, 10 years admitted to the material more complete, elderly patients with heart failure in 152 cases, reported as follows, and to discuss several clinical issues.
