图1那样的工件,在我們厂里过去一直存在着压延破裂的問題(如图2)。最近因为缺乏优質鋼材,用20鋼鋼板来制造这种工件,于是压延破裂的情况就更严重了。針对这个問题,我們采取一些办法来防止压延件的破裂。 (1)在压延之前把板料进行一次退火处理。退火的板料塑性好一些,容易压制,但破裂仍不小。 (2)修磨模具的拉深圆角,因为原設計模具的拉深圆角小一些,会阻碍材料的变形。圆角修大了一些,可以提高工件的質量,但还不能解决破裂
The workpiece shown in Figure 1, in our factory in the past there has been the problem of rolling cracks (Figure 2). Recently, because of the lack of high-quality steel, 20 steel plate to make such a workpiece, so the calendering rupture even more serious. In response to this problem, we take some measures to prevent the cracked pieces. (1) The sheet is annealed before rolling. Annealed sheet plastic better, easy to suppress, but the rupture is still not small. (2) Sharpen the mold drawing radius, because the original design of the mold drawing radius smaller, will hinder the deformation of the material. Rounded corners larger, can improve the quality of the workpiece, but can not solve the rupture
