以从天然物中开发新的医药品资源为目的,已对百合科植物的生理活性成分进行了研究。此次作为其中一环,对从四种百合科蔓穗亚科植物Scilla peraviana, Eucomis bicolor, Chionodoxa gigantea, C. luciliae的鳞茎中分离出的19种三萜甙元的抑制促癌活性进行了研究。结果:以对因TPA诱发培养细胞(Hela细胞)的磷脂质代谢亢进的抑制效果为指标进行了筛选实验。结果,19种三萜甙元中有一种比合物显示最强的活性[5μg/ml
For the purpose of developing new pharmaceutical resources from natural sources, research has been conducted on the physiologically active components of Liliaceae plants. This time, as a part of the study, the inhibitory activity of 19 triterpenoids isolated from the bulbs of four Liliaceae subfamily Scilla peraviana, Eucomis bicolor, Chionodoxa gigantea, and C. luciliae was studied. .
