近年来,国内建筑工程中混凝土工程的体量日渐增大,尤其以基础地下室为甚。同时,随着我国建筑技术的发展和城市建设、城市环保的需要,预拌商品混凝土以其集约化的生产方式,稳定优异的产品质量,得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了地下室钻孔灌注桩工程的施工技术,随后从成孔、桩基两个方面进行了质量保证措施论述,对保证地下室工程的施工质量具有重要意义。
In recent years, the volume of concrete construction in domestic construction projects has been increasing, especially in the basement. At the same time, with the development of China’s construction technology and the need of urban construction and urban environmental protection, ready-mixed commercial concrete has been more and more widely used due to its intensive production mode and stable and excellent product quality. This paper introduces the construction technology of the basement cast-in-place bored pile project, and then discusses the quality assurance measures from the two aspects of forming a hole and a pile foundation, which is of great significance to ensure the construction quality of the basement project.
