一、抓好思想道德建设对国有企业发展关系重大当前，我国正处在建设有中国特色社会主义事业的重要发展时期。随着改革开放的进一步深入，社会主义市场经济体制逐步确立，认真分析转型期国有企业面临的新形势，探索加强国有企业思想道德建设，培育社会主义企业“四有”职工队伍
