马来西亚的第四个五年计划(1981年至1985年)已于1981年3月27日提交到马来西亚议会讨论。本文拟介绍该计划的主要内容。一、第四个五年计划书的结构马来西亚的第四个五年计划书由三个部分组成。第一部回顾马来西亚新经济政策时期(1971年至1990年)中的过去十年(1971年至1980年)的实际成绩;第二部分列示今后十年(1981年至1990年)的综合指标和展望;
Malaysia’s fourth five-year plan (1981-1985) was submitted to the Malaysian Parliament on March 27, 1981 for discussion. This article intends to introduce the main contents of the plan. I. Structure of the Fourth Five-year Plan Malaysia’s fourth five-year plan consists of three parts. The first reviews the actual achievements of the past ten years (1971-1980) in the period of Malaysia’s New Economic Policy (1971-1990); the second part presents the consolidated indicators for the next ten years (1981-1990) And outlook
