A letter from our readers reflects that Tieling County Civil Affairs Commission chief personally set aside such issues as “small treasuries” and other disciplinary issues. In addition, readers wrote letters to reflect the Changchun section of the State-run Hongfeng Forest Farm in Tieling County to give cadres private money and drunk driving accidents.
