采用真空熔炼方法制备Al_2Ca金属间化合物并将其添加到AZ31镁合金中,研究其添加量对铸态AZ31镁合金晶粒细化的影响,同时讨论其晶粒细化机理。结果表明:添加1.1%Al_2Ca(质量分数)可使得铸态AZ31镁合金晶粒尺寸从354μm细化到198μm,且经Al_2Ca细化后,合金晶粒的热稳定性良好。晶粒细化的机理是溶质效应和Al_2Ca的异质形核协同作用。
Al 2 Ca intermetallic compound was prepared by vacuum melting method and added into AZ31 magnesium alloy to study the effect of its addition amount on the grain refinement of as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy. The grain refinement mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the grain size of as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy can be refined from 354μm to 198μm by adding 1.1% Al 2 Ca (mass fraction), and the thermal stability of the alloy grains is good after refined by Al_2Ca. The mechanism of grain refinement is the synergetic effect of solute effect and heterogeneous nucleation of Al 2 Ca.
