小学六年级教材要求学生初步学习蹲距式起跑。在教学中,笔者示范、讲解动作要领之后,按照“各就位”、“预备”、“跑”的口令,集体练习时,发现近1/3的学生起跑姿势错误。主要表现在:前脚掌和两手同在起跑线上,后脚要么拉得太远,要么靠得太前,经重复示范、讲解,并逐个指点之后,仍不得纠正。究其原因是初学阶段手脚不协调,定位能力差等。后来,我设计用“三线”定位法,效果颇佳。具体如下图所示:
Sixth grade primary school textbooks require students to learn the initial training squat away from the start. The reason is the lack of coordination of hands and feet in early stages, poor positioning capabilities. Later, I designed the “three lines” positioning method, the effect is quite good.
