对治疗幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）相关性消化性溃疡的中草药汤剂──龙黄合剂及组成的单味药分别做了体外ＨＰ抑菌实验观察。其中组成成份除白芨外均有不同程度的抑菌作用，大黄的抑菌作用最强，抑菌环直径为２４ｍｍ。最小抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）为 ２．５ ｇ／Ｌ，同一种药物相同浓度的醇提剂的有效成份高于水提法，抑菌环直径相差 ３～６ｍｍ。对治疗ＨＰ相关性活动性十二指肠溃疡，服用龙黄合剂组机（Ａ组）与服用雷尼替丁和呋喃唑酮组（Ｂ组），对ＨＰ根除率经ｘ~２检验，Ｐ＞０．０５，无显著性差异；同时服用Ａ组及Ｂ组两组药物（Ｃ组）根除率优于Ａ组、Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。三组的根除率；Ａ组４５．２％，Ｂ组３７．５％，Ｃ组８４．８％，结果表明龙黄合剂配合西药对此疾病有良好的临床效果。
The traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (HP)-related peptic ulcer--Longhuang Mixture and single-taste medicines--has been observed in vitro by HP antibacterial experiments. In addition to the other components of the white peony, there are different degrees of bacteriostatic action, and rhubarb has the strongest antibacterial effect. The diameter of the bacteriostatic ring is 24 mm. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was 2.5 g/L. The active ingredient of the same concentration of alcohol extractant was higher than that of the water extraction method. The diameter of the inhibitory ring was 3 to 6 mm. For the treatment of HP-related active duodenal ulcer, taking Long Huang mixture group machine (group A) and taking ranitidine and furazolidone group (group B), the eradication rate of HP by x ~ 2 test, P> 0 .05, no significant difference; at the same time taking group A and B groups of drugs (C group) eradication rate was better than A group, B group (P <0.01). The eradication rate of the three groups was 45.2% in group A, 37.5% in group B, and 84.8% in group C. The results showed that Longhuang Mixture combined with western medicine has a good clinical effect on this disease.
