用琼脂糖白细胞趋化法，以甲酰三肽作趋化剂检测氧氟沙星及四环素对人白细胞趋化的影响。结果显示，二药对白细胞游走都有抑制作用，其ＩＣ５０为氧氟沙星２．５９ｍｇ／Ｌ及四环素９．８９ｍｇ／Ｌ。抗菌药物的这种作用可能在寻常痤疮治疗中起到非特异性抗炎作用。
The effect of ofloxacin and tetracycline on human leukocyte chemotaxis was tested by agarose leukocyte chemotaxis assay and formyl tripeptide as chemotactic agent. The results showed that the two drugs inhibited leukocyte migration with IC50 ofloxacin 2.59mg / L and tetracycline 9.89mg / L. This effect of antimicrobials may play a nonspecific anti-inflammatory role in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
